Ocean Bread

Ingredients

  • Flour
  • Seawater*
  • Yeast

Instructions

  1. Mix. Adjust quantities.
    • About 1 cup/120 g flour per person is lots.
    • At least 1/3 plain flour keeps strong gluten.
    • Wholegrain for goodness.
  2. Stretch & Fold while it rises.
  3. Cook
  4. Enjoy.

Notes: 100% seawater – too salty for some. try 1/3 fresh water.
