I am proud to say that I dropped a map pin titled: “If I was a Quoll. This is where I would poop.”
I later discovered that my quoll senses were strong as quoll scat was found in that spot in 2021! Wow!

FMC Membership 🌈
We are very excited to have been accepted as the first international Affiliated FMC club.
Inspired by the FMC magazines in the huts on Greenstone Caples hike, we have joined up to be the SE Qld representatives.

Salt Water Flies…. I chose the green bug.
It was very similar to a bug I found in the kitchen… but alas. the fish weren’t interested.
Ocean Bread
Ingredients
- Flour
- Seawater*
- Yeast
Instructions
- Mix. Adjust quantities.
- About 1 cup/120 g flour per person is lots.
- At least 1/3 plain flour keeps strong gluten.
- Wholegrain for goodness.
- Stretch & Fold while it rises.
- Cook
- Enjoy.
Notes: 100% seawater – too salty for some. try 1/3 fresh water.
